Attorney Trent Grissom

Attorney Trent Grissom is licensed to practice law in North Carolina & South Carolina. He has also been admitted to the federal courts in the District of South Carolina and the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina.

Trent has extensive experience in the financial services litigation industry, with particular focus on mortgage issue litigation. He has represented clients in numerous actions for both the financial industry and the consumer.

Trent has also spent many years representing clients in general civil matters. He has tried cases involving personal injury, contract disputes, construction disputes, and Homeowners Association (HOA) matters. He can do this for you!

Trent is certified as a mediator for Superior court matters in North Carolina and Circuit Court matters in South Carolina. His experience with a broad array of civil litigation matters is an invaluable tool that assists him in getting parities to amicably resolve their legal disputes.

Trent graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 1998 and earned his Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2007. He is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association.

Trent is a Charlotte resident with two children. He loves helping his children, and their schools through volunteer efforts. In his free time he loves taking walks or hikes with his wife, Sherry, and his three dogs, and kids.
