JMS-June.2016Jim Spielberger is one of the founders and owners of  McGrath & Spielberger, PLLC. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and South Carolina.

Jim is a New York native who attended college in South Carolina and has been in the Southeast for over 25 years. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Clemson University. Jim and his beautiful wife, Michelle, live in the Charleston, SC area, where Jim runs McGrath & Spielberger’s South Carolina practice whenever he is not in the firm’s main office in Charlotte, NC.
