Disputes, Lawsuits, and Resolutions

McGrath & Spielberger’s experienced attorneys may be able to assist should you find yourself being served with a lawsuit, notified of allegations that could lead to legal proceedings, or perhaps even if you may need to file a lawsuit yourself.

Our lawyers can help you determine if you need an attorney to sue someone (or if you need assistance defending a lawsuit after a summons and complaint has been served on you. Our firm both prevents and helps to resolve disputes by providing our clients with legal advice that is both creative and practical.

Our experience includes dispute resolution and litigation remedies ranging from negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and conflict resolution as well as courtroom strategy and appellate proceedings. We are experienced in advising on a multitude of legal disputes for both individuals and companies.

Our firm assists clients with developing case strategies and priorities while managing and comparatively reducing client costs.

Our firm can also assist through our Limited Consultation services and/or Litigation Support services should you decide to file a lawsuit without a lawyer but want some legal assistance to help you along. By providing advice to limited clients, we can help make the process of representing yourself easier; this is a more affordable option as compared to hiring an attorney for full representation or to be “counsel of record” in the legal proceedings.

Most of our litigation work involves cases in the following subject areas, and typically in North Carolina:

  • Business Law Disputes
  • Contract Law Disputes
  • Real Estate and Mortgage Loan Disputes
