I used the firm for the seller side of residential property transaction. The buyer’s attorney was wiling to do both sides of closing, however I opted for my own representation. Even with slightly higher fees of this firm, I saved about $1000 due to M & S successful advocacy about taxes due in the closing. The firm did fine job for me.
