When I moved to Charleston several years ago, I got my apartment sight unseen, and it was not what I expected. It was also infected with black mold, and bugs. I clearly did not want to live in these conditions. I went to the leasing office and they would not let me out of my lease even though I hadn’t even moved in yet. Jim Spielberger was able to save the day, getting me out of that lease without penalty from the complex. I highly recommend McGrath & Spielberger!!

I rarely post reviews but Jim Spielberger is a hidden gem in the legal field who I am happy to recommend. I found myself in the uncomfortable position of being sued by a “friend”. Jim was able to help me take my emotions out. He was quick to reply to any question I had. He listened to what I had to say, looked out for MY rights, provided me with objective options and guided my case to a fair resolution. I could not ask for more.
